A rare, and very old, publication: The Pleasures of Cruelty, this is a sequel to the reading of Justine and Juliette by The Marqius de Sade;Paris et London; 1898 (1930’s).
this was likely to have been published by Lazenby in 1886and then reissued in 1898 printed by Renaudie for Duringe and Smithers, Mendes notes a 1930 reissue which conforms to the description of the current edition. A US clandestine piracy from the 1930’s and something of a rarity in its own right.
