For months I have been trying to find info for this artist, I had a few random artworks stored on my computer and I knew I had seen this style before. When doing a new search in my own collection I was able to find them, a collection FemDom Artworks that were found nothing more as a description then 'R.O 1960'
Looking at the signature I am not sure if the artist signed his art with R.O to me it looks more like A.W of R.W but I am no expert in this field.
