Pavel Pavlovič Matjunin, born in Kharkov (actual Ukrain) was a russian-french designer, humorist & caricaturist mainly known for his delicate drawings on Parisian magazines before and after World War II. He used the pseudonyme Pem for his artworks. He died in Paris in 1961.
